Previous ID Update
Form ID: (MP.PP.50.27)
This form is for Australian companies only. After migrating to MYOB Acumatica from another business management ERP software, or after changing your employees' payroll IDs, you need to inform the ATO. You can use this form to inform the ATO of your employees' updated payroll IDs.
For a previous ID to appear on this form, you need to:
- Complete the Previous BMS ID field on the Companies form (CS101500).
- Complete the Previous payroll ID fields on the Employment tab of an employee's Pay Details form (MPPP2310).

Summary Area
In this area, you can select the company branch whose employees you want to view.
Element | Description |
---|---|
Financial Year | Select a financial year. |
Period | The period of the financial year. |
Include inactive employees | If you need to include terminated employees who you've migrated into MYOB Acumatica, select this checkbox. |
Branch | The branch of the company. |
ABN | The company's Australian Business Number. |
Previous BMS ID | The company's previous BMS ID. |
ABN Branch Name | The branch name for the company's ABN. |
WPN | If the company has a withholding payer number, it appears here. |
Table
The main table displays the employees for your selected branch.
Element | Description |
---|---|
Employee ID | The employee's unique ID code. |
Employee name | The name of the employee. |
Branch | The branch of the company where the employee is employed. |
Finalised | Shows if the user has been finalised for STP. |
Start Date | The date when the employee started working at the branch. |
End Date | The date of the employee's last day working at the branch. |
Previous Payroll ID | The employee's previous payroll ID. |
