Pay History

Form ID: (MP.PP.41.20)

On the Pay History form, you can view details of an employee's historical pays.

Form Toolbar

The form toolbar includes standard and form-specific buttons. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu. The form-specific buttons are listed below.

Button Description
Pay Details Clicking this button moves to the Pay Details (MP.PP.23.10) form, showing the pay details of the currently selected employee.

Summary Area

In this area, you can select the employee whose historical pays you want to view.

Element Description
Employee ID Select the ID of the employee whose pays you want to view.
Employee Name A read-only field showing the full name of the selected employee.

Table

The main table displays the details of all completed pay runs that the selected employee was a member of.

Element Description
Pay Run ID The unique ID number for the pay run. Clicking on the ID opens the Employee's Current Pay (MP.PP.31.30) form, showing detailed information for the employee's pay.
Payslip A link to the employee's payslip document. Clicking this link downloads the payslip.
Payment Batch for Net Pay The ID number of the batch payment that the employee's pay was processed in. Clicking on the ID opens the Batch Payments (MP.PP.34.00) form, showing details of the batch.
Pay Date The date on which the employee received their pay for this pay run.
Start Date The date on which the pay period that this pay run applies to began.
End Date The date on which the pay period that this pay run applies to ended.
Taxable Income The employee's total taxable income for this pay run.
Pre-tax Deductions The total amount of all pre-tax deductions in the employee's pay.
Gross Taxable The employee's gross taxable income, i.e. their taxable income less any pre-tax deductions.
PAYG/PAYE The PAYG or PAYE withholding tax on the employee's gross taxable income.
Tax free Income The total amount of any tax-free income for the employee in this pay run.
Deductions The total amount of any deductions in the employee's pay.
Net Pay The employee's total net pay for the pay run, i.e. their gross taxable income plus their tax-free income, less withholding tax and deductions.
Employer Super The total amount of employer superannuation contributions for the employee in this pay run.
Employee Super The total amount of employee superannuation contributions for the employee in this pay run.
