Update Cessation Reasons

Use this form to add a cessation reason to terminated employees who will continue to be reported through STP after their termination.

Table

The main table displays the details of each terminated employee.
Element Description
Checkbox You can use the checkbox to change data for multiple employees at once. If you select the checkboxes for multiple rows, changing information in one row simultaneously applies the same change to the other selected rows.
Employee ID The terminated employee's unique ID code.
Employee name The name of the terminated employee.
Pay run ID The ID of the last pay run that included the terminated employee.
Physical pay day The date when the terminated employee was last paid.
Last day of employment The ID of the last pay run that includes the Lump Sum E payment.
Termination Reason The reason why the employee was terminated. description of the pay item that includes the Lump Sum E payment.
Cessation reason The cessation reason added for STP Phase 2.
