Timesheet Batches

This screen is available when MYOB Acumatica is integrated with MYOB Acumatica Workforce Management. It lets you import employees' timesheet and schedule information from Workforce Management. Once imported, the timesheet data can be imported into the MYOB Acumatica People system via the Import Timesheets (MPPP7030) screen.
Importing timesheets from MYOB Acumatica — Workforce Management has the following
effects:
- Timesheet data records appear on this screen, and can now be imported into the MYOB Acumatica People system in the same way as other timesheet/time card data.
- For NZ companies, employee's schedules are updated on the Employee Work Schedule (MPPP2260) screen based on the imported data:
- Data on employees' shifts is imported into the Scheduled Hours field on their schedules.
- The Working Day checkboxes on employees' schedules are ticked or cleared as appropriate, according to the days they worked.
Form Toolbar
The form toolbar includes form-specific buttons, listed below.

| Import External Timesheets | Click this button to pull in timesheets from MYOB Acumatica Workforce Management. Timesheets are imported from any pay runs in Workforce
Management that are in the "Finalised" status and have not already been
imported. Note: You can use the standard Schedules button on this screen to
set up a schedule so that timesheets are imported automatically. |
Main Table
The main table shows the details of all imported timesheet batches that match the selected filters.

| Batch Number | For batches that have been imported on the Import Timesheets (MPPP7030) screen, this column displays the ID of the batch that data from this batch was included in. Click on the ID to go to the Import Timesheets screen to view its details |
| External Pay Description | The name of the pay run in MYOB Acumatica Workforce Management that this data was imported from. |
| External Finalised Date | The date when the pay run in MYOB Acumatica Workforce Management was finalised. |
| Pay Date Range | The date range that data in this batch covers. |
| Company ID | The ID of the MYOB Acumatica company that this data was imported into. |
| No. of Employees | The number of employee's whose data is included in this batch. |
| No. of Pay Items | The number of pay items included in the data in this batch. |
| Source | The data source type used for the import - for data imported from MYOB Acumatica Workforce Management, this will always be a predefined source specifically for Workforce Management. |
