Workforce Management Preferences

On the Workforce Management Preferences screen, you can set default values for new employees who are synchronised from MYOB Advanced Workforce Management.

Summary Area

In this area you can specify default details for new employees from MYOB Advanced Workforce Management.

Element Description
Employee Class Select the employee class to be assigned to new employees from MYOB Advanced Workforce Management.
Branch Select the branch to be assigned to new employees from MYOB Advanced Workforce Management.
Department Select the department to be assigned to new employees from MYOB Advanced Workforce Management.
Calendar Select the calendar to be assigned to new employees from MYOB Advanced Workforce Management.
Employee Numbering Sequence Select the numbering sequnce to use when assigning an employee ID to new employees from MYOB Advanced Workforce Management.
Default Pay Group ID Select the default pay group for new employees from MYOB Advanced Workforce Management.
Default Employer Super Fund Pay Item This field is available in Australian jurisdictions only. Select the default pay item to use for employee's superannuation.
Default Employee KiwiSaver Pay Item This field is available in NZ jurisdictions only. Select the default pay item to use for employee KiwiSaver contributions.
Default Employer KiwiSaver Pay Item This field is available in NZ jurisdictions only. Select the default pay item to use for employer KiwiSaver contributions.
ACC Levy Exempt This read-only field is available in NZ jurisdictions only. For it to be populated, you must have set up a 0-rated ACC levy code on the ACC Rates (MPPP3011) screen.
