ADP Inspection

The ADP inspection window provides insight into how the Average Daily Pay rate (ADP) was calculated for an employee, displaying the gross liable income and whole/part days worked for the past 52 weeks. This screen is only accessible from the Employee Leave Summary (NZ) (MPPP4045) screen.

Form Toolbar

The form toolbar includes only standard buttons. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu.

Summary Area

This area displays read-only details about the employee and the values used to calculate their ADP rate.

Element Description
Employee ID The unique ID of the employee associated with the leave transaction.
Pay Run ID The unique ID of the pay run associated with the leave transaction.
Pay Item ID The unique ID of the pay item associated with the leave transaction.
Date From The start date of the leave taken.
Date To The end date of the leave taken.
Applied Total Gross Liable The total gross liable income calculated for the past 52 weeks when the leave was first captured. This can be different from the Current Total Gross Liable, if pay adjustments are made after applying for the leave.
Applied Total Whole or Part Days Worked The total whole/part days worked for the past 52 weeks when the leave was first captured. This can be different from the Current Total Whole or Part Days Worked, if employee schedule changes are made after applying for the leave.
Applied Calculated ADP Rate The calculated ADP rate applied to the leave transaction when the leave was first captured. This can be different from the current calculated ADP rate, if pay adjustments or employee schedule changes are made after applying for the leave.
Current Total Gross Liable The total gross liable income calculated for the past 52 weeks at present.
Current Total Whole or Part Days Worked The total whole/part days worked calculated for the past 52 weeks at present.
Current Calculated ADP Rate The calculated ADP rate calculated using the current total gross liable and current total whole/part days worked.

Main Table

The main table displays details of the pay runs used in the calculation of the ADP rate.

Element Description
Pay Run ID The unique ID of the pay run for which the contributing gross liable income is determined.
Description Descriptive text for the pay run.
Physical Pay Day The date on which employees will receive their pay for this pay run.
Pay Period Start Date The date on which the pay period that this pay run applies to began.
Pay Period End Date The date on which the pay period that this pay run applies to ended.
Total Gross Liable The total gross liable income calculated for the pay run. The gross liable income uses the ADP Liable Income definition set on the Pay Item Liabilities (MPPP1025) screen. Use this screen to include or exclude liable pay items.
Whole or Part Days Worked The total whole/part days worked that is associated with the pay run. This field is derived from the Employee Work Schedule (MPPP2260) screen. Use this screen to make the necessary adjustments to hours worked by the employee, bearing in mind that scheduled hours used may affect historic ADP leave payments.
