The form toolbar includes only standard buttons. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu.

Summary Area

This area lets you choose the data source and entity type to edit mapping information for.

Element Description
Source Select the Data Source Type to edit mapping for. A DEFAULT source is available, but you can set up new data sources by clicking the edit button next to this field - this opens the Data Map Source Types (MBCS7010) form.
Entity Type Select the kind of records to map. Selecting an Entity Type populates the main table with all records of that type. Choose from:
  • Employee – Displays all active payroll employees.
  • Pay item – Displays all active pay items that have a calculation method of "Rated" or "Amount".
  • Subaccount – Displays all active subaccounts
  • Project – Displays all active projects

Table

The main table displays the entities selected from the Entity Type field. Their internal details, i.e. their details in the MYOB Advanced system, are displayed automatically. You must enter the corresponding details from the external timesheeting system for each record. This can be done by editing each row directly, or by importing a spreasheet of mapped values.
Note: You don't need to map all records to be able to save the mapping - any unmapped records will be ignored when mapping imported timesheet data.
