Recalculate Standard Pays

Form ID: (MP.PP.23.20)

The Recalculate Standard pays form lets you recalculate employees' Standard Pays in bulk to update them for any changes to pay items that you have made.

Form Toolbar

The form toolbar includes standard and form-specific buttons. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu. The form-specific buttons are listed below.

Button Description
Recalculate Standard Pay Recalculates the Standard Pays of all employees who are ticked in the main table.
Recalculate All Standard Pays Recalculates the Standard Pays of all employees in one operation.

Main Table

The main table displays all employees whose Standard Pays need to be recalculated.

Element Description
Employee Name The employee's full name.
Employee ID The employee's unique ID code.
Pay Group ID The ID code of the pay group that the employee's pay relates to.
