Retail Commerce: Multi-Location Inventory for BigCommerce

Great news if you sell through BigCommerce. We've added support for BigCommerce's Multi-Location Inventory feature—something many of you have been waiting for.

With this enhancement in MYOB Acumatica 2025.2.1, you can use its inventory management functionality with BigCommerce to:

  • Sync stock quantities to specific BigCommerce locations (not just the default one)
  • Maintain accurate stock levels by location
  • Make the most of BigCommerce's multi-location capabilities
Attention: This functionality is available if you enable the Multiple Warehouses and Multiple Warehouse Locations features on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.

Whether you're running warehouses in multiple cities or managing local pick-up points, this update gives you the flexibility and control you need to scale more efficiently. Let's break down the setup process step by step.

Setting Up Multiple Locations for Your Store

To get started:

  1. Go to the Inventory tab of the BigCommerce Stores (BC201000) form.
  2. Select the Specific Warehouses mode, as shown below.
  3. In the Warehouse Mapping for Inventory Export table (also shown below), link your MYOB Acumatica warehouses and locations with your BigCommerce locations.

Key Mapping Rules

  • A BigCommerce location can be linked to more than one MYOB Acumatica warehouse–location pair. This BigCommerce location will reflect the combined stock from all these locations.
  • Each MYOB Acumatica warehouse–location pair can only be linked to only one BigCommerce location.
  • An MYOB Acumatica warehouse can be assigned to a BigCommerce location without selecting an MYOB Acumatica location. This BigCommerce location will then represent all the stock in every location within that warehouse. But keep in mind you won't be able to use this warehouse for any other mappings.

Once your setup is complete, you sync Product Availability. MYOB Acumatica will use your mappings to export the available stock of items you manage in MYOB Acumatica and sell through your BigCommerce store.
