Starting in MYOB Acumatica 2025.2.1, you’ll notice something new when working with records across multiple forms and areas: color-coded statuses. Now you can quickly identify the status of records—such as Open, Closed, or Canceled—at a glance through visual highlights.

Read on to discover what each color means and where you’ll find these color-coded statuses in the system.

Quick Identification of a Record Status

When you work with a record, you can quickly identify its current status by the highlight color of the status:

  • Blue: The Open and New statuses, which indicate a normal, active record.
  • Orange: The Hold and Reserved statuses, which indicate that the record is pending further action.
  • Red: The Overdue, Expired, Rejected, and Pending Approval statuses, which indicate that the record requires your attention.
  • Green: The Active and In Progress statuses, which indicate that work on the record is in progress.
  • Gray: The Canceled, Archived, Closed, and Completed statuses, which indicate that no further action on the record is required.
  • Purple: The additional or custom statuses, such as Planned.

Let's see where you’ll encounter these color-coded record statuses.
