Platform: Experience the New Interface

Starting in MYOB Acumatica 2025.2.1, we're beginning to roll out the new Modern UI. With this version it's available to our partners in a limited scope for testing purposes. We plan to make some features available to end users starting with version 2025.2.2.

The Modern UI brings a cleaner, more intuitive user experience to your daily work in MYOB Acumatica. Previously introduced as an experimental feature, it’s now production-ready. You can confidently use the Modern UI in live environments.

Turn On the Modern UI During Deployment

When you deploy a new instance of MYOB Acumatica, the MYOB Acumatica ERP Configuration Wizard now suggests using the Modern UI by default, as seen below.

Turn On the Modern UI for the Entire Site

Already have MYOB Acumatica running in an instance? If you're an administrator, you can quickly switch to the Modern UI on already-deployed instance. Just select it as the Default UI on the Site Preferences (SM200505) form, as shown below.

Turn On the Modern UI for an Individual Form

If you have the Edit level of access rights to the Site Map (SM200520) form, you can switch an individual form to the Modern UI for all users. Just open the form you want to switch, and click Switch to Modern UI on the Tools menu of the form title bar, as shown below.

Know the Limitations

Switching to the Modern UI is not yet supported for reports:

  • The Tools menu on the report form does not contain the Switch to Modern UI command.
  • It isn’t possible to select Modern in the UI column on the Site Map (SM200520) form for any of the reports.
