Manage Turnover History

Note: This form is available only if the Inventory feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.

By using this form, you can create new calculations of the inventory turnover and manage the calculations that already exist in the database.

Form Toolbar

The form toolbar includes standard and form-specific buttons and commands. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu. The form-specific commands are listed in the following table.


Button	Description
Process	Initiates the processing for selected entries in the table based on the Action you select.
Process All	Initiates the processing for all entries in the table based on the Action you select.

Selection Area

In this area, you can define the period range and company, branch, or group of companies for the entries to be displayed in the table below, as well as the action to be applied if you click Process or Process All.


Element	Description
Action	The action to be taken when you click Process or Process All on the form toolbar. Select one of the following options: Calculate Turnover: Calculates the inventory turnover for the warehouses of the branch, company, or a group of companies in the specified period range. Delete Records: Deletes existing calculations.
Company/Branch	The company, branch, or a group of companies for which you want to calculate the inventory turnover or view existing calculations. The value in this box is mandatory. By default, the system specifies the current branch selected in the Company and Branch Selection menu.
From Period	The first period of the period range for which you want to calculate the inventory turnover or view existing calculations. The value in this box is mandatory.
To Period	The last period of the period range for which you want to calculate the inventory turnover or view existing calculations. The value in this box is mandatory.
Calculate By	The type of the inventory turnover calculation. Period: The system creates a separate calculation of the inventory turnover for each period within the specified range of periods. Year: The system creates a separate calculation of the inventory turnover for each calendar year within the specified range of periods. Selected Range: The system creates a single calculation of the inventory turnover for the specified range of periods. This box is available only if the Calculate Turnover option is selected in the Action box in the Selection area of this form.

Selected	An unlabeled check box that you select to include this entry for processing if you click Process.
Branch	The branch for which the inventory turnover has been calculated.
From Period	The first period of the period range for which the inventory turnover has been calculated.
To Period	The last period of the period range for which the inventory turnover has been calculated.
Warehouse	The warehouse for which the inventory turnover has been calculated.
Item Class	The class of items for which the inventory turnover has been calculated.
Inventory ID	The ID of the item for which the inventory turnover has been calculated.
Calculation Date and Time	The date and time when the inventory turnover has been calculated.
