Tax Report Details
Form ID: (TX502010)
You can use this form to view the details of prepared tax reports for an open or closed tax period. You can view taxable and tax amounts by the report line and drill down to the original documents. The resulting amounts are always shown for the last revision of the report if there are multiple revisions.
The system uses the report version specified in the Report Version box on the Reporting Settings (TX205100) form for which a tax report has been prepared on the Prepare Tax Report (TX501000) form for the tax period you select. The form toolbar includes only standard buttons. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu.
Selection Area
In this area, you can select a tax agency and tax period to view the details of the prepared report.
Element | Description |
---|---|
Company |
The company for which the tax report has been prepared. This box appears on the form only if the Multicompany Support feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form. |
Branch |
The branch for which the tax report has been prepared. You can select the consolidating branch, if applicable, only if the File Taxes by Branch check box is cleared for the consolidating branch on the Branches (CS102000) form. If this check box is selected, you can select only a non-consolidating branch in this box. This box is available only if the Multibranch Support feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form and only if the company selected in the Company box above has the With Branches Requiring Balancing type, with the File Taxes by Branch check box selected on the Companies (CS101500) form. |
Tax Agency |
The identifier of the tax agency. In MYOB Acumatica, tax authorities are defined as vendors. Select a tax agency from the list of agencies available in the system. If the Customer and Vendor Visibility Restriction feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form, the list of values may be limited based on the branch selected on the current form. A vendor is available for selection if the Restrict Visibility To box on the Financial tab of the Vendors (AP303000) form is empty or contains this branch (or the company or company group that contains this branch). |
Tax Period | The reporting period you're interested in. |
From | Read-only. The start date of the selected period. |
To | Read-only. The end date of the selected period. |
Report Line | The report line selected by its identifier. |
Table
This table contains the list of documents that contributed to the report line.

View Batch | Navigates to the Journal Transactions (GL301000) form, so that you can view the batch of the selected document. |

Branch | The branch in which the document was created. |
Module | The module in which the document was created. |
Tran. Type | The type of document or transaction. |
Ref. Nbr. | The reference number identifying the document or transaction. |
Tran. Date | The date of the document or transaction. |
Tax ID | The ID of the tax calculated on the document. |
Description | The document or transaction description. |
Tax Rate | The tax rate used for tax calculation. |
Deductible Tax Rate | The percent of deduction that applies to the tax amount paid to the vendor for specific purchases. The deducted tax amount (calculated based on this percent) can be claimed from the tax agency. Appears if the deductible VAT is applied. |
Report Taxable Amount | The amount used as a base for tax calculation. |
Report Tax Amount | The tax amount calculated for the document or transaction. |
Account ID | The business account associated with the transaction, by its identifier. |
Account Name | The name of the business account associated with the transaction. |
