Note: This form is available only if the Construction and Construction Project Management features are enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.

You can use this form to upload a photo and edit and review its details.

Note: You open this form by clicking Add Row in the right pane of the Photos tab of the Photo Log (PJ305000) form.

Form Toolbar

The form toolbar includes only standard buttons. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu.

Summary Area

In this area, you can upload a new photo or select an existing photo for modification. The following table summarizes the elements of this area.


Element	Description
Photo Log ID	The identifier of the photo log to which the photo is attached. By default, this box contains the ID of the photo log from which the form was opened. You can change the ID to attach the photo to another photo log.
Upload Photo	A button you click to open the Upload New Photo dialog box, in which you can select a photo to upload. You can upload a file whose size is up to 25 MB.
Photo ID	The identifier of the photo. The system inserts this ID based on the numbering sequence selected on the Photo Log Preferences (PJ103000) form.
Name	The name of the photo. The system inserts the name of the uploaded file.
Description	The description of the photo.
Uploaded On	The business date when the photo was uploaded. The system inserts the current business date.
Uploaded By	The name of the user who uploaded the photo. The system inserts the name of the currently signed-in user.
Main Photo	A check box that indicates (if selected) that the photo is the main photo of the log—that is, it is shown as a preview photo for the entire photo log in the preview area on the Photo Logs (PJ405000) form. This check box can be selected only for one photo in the log. If no photo is selected as the main photo, the preview area of the Photo Logs form remains empty.

Table 1. Attributes Section
In this section, you can specify the attribute values for the photo. The attributes shown here are those that have been specified on the Attributes tab of the Photo Log Preferences form.

The table toolbar includes only standard buttons. For the list of standard buttons, see Table Toolbar.
Column	Description
Attribute	The name of the attribute used for the photo.
Required	A check box that indicates (if selected) that this attribute is defined as required; if it is, you must specify the appropriate value for the photo.
Value	The value of the attribute for the photo.
