Projected Leave Balance
Form ID: (MPES4021)
The Projected Leave Balance form lets you calculate what your leave balances will be at some point in the future. Select a future date from the Date control, and the table below will update to show the projected balances for all of the leave types you are entitled to.
Form Toolbar
The form toolbar includes standard and form-specific buttons. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu. The form-specific buttons are listed below.

| New Leave Request | Opens the Submit a Leave Request (MPES3020) form so you can enter a new leave request. |
Main Table
The table on this form shows all leave types you are entitled to, with the current and projected balances of each.
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Entitlement ID | The ID code of the leave type. |
| Name | The leave type's descriptive name. |
| Units | The type of units that the leave type is accrued in, e.g. hours or days. |
| Current Balance | Your balance for this leave type, as at today's date. |
| Projected Accrual | The amount of leave you will accrue between today and the projection date. |
| Leave Requests | The total amount of any leave requests that will be paid out between today and the projection date. |
| Projected Balance | Your projected leave balance as at the selected date. This is your Current Balance, plus the Projected Accrual, less any Leave Requests. |
