Main Table

The main table on this form shows the details of how your pay is distributed. Each row describes how a portion of your pay is distributed - if all of your pay is paid into one account, there will only be one row.

Elements Description
Type The type of payment the row represents. This will be one of:
  • Balance - after all other rows have been paid, any remaining balance will be paid according to this row. A single row of this type is always the last (or only) row in any distribution.
  • Amount - this row specifies a fixed dollar amount being paid into a nominated account.
  • Percent - this row specifies a percentage of the remaining balance being paid into a nominated account.
Note:
Percent rows apply to the remaining balance, so if a Percent row is the first row in a distribution, it will be calculated as a percentage of the total pay; however, if a Percent row has other rows ahead of it, it will be calculated as a percentage of the remaining balance after the previous rows have been paid.
Fixed Amount For rows where the type is "Amount", this shows the amount that will be paid.
Percent For rows where the type is "Percent", this shows the percentage of the remaining balance that will be paid.
BSB Number The Bank State Branch (BSB) number of the bank account that this row will be paid into.
Account Number The account number of the bank account that this row will be paid into.
Title of Account The title on the bank account that this row will be paid to.
Reference Any Reference text that will appear on your bank statement.
