You can use this form to view information about the staff members available for performing field services and to navigate to the Employees (EP203000) or Vendors (AP303000) form to create new staff members or view the settings of existing ones.
Table Toolbar
The table toolbar includes standard buttons and buttons specific to this table. For the list of standard buttons, see Table Toolbar. The table-specific buttons are listed below.

Staff Member ID |
The unique identifier of the staff member. If the type of the staff member is Vendor, the list of vendors available for selection may be limited based on the role or roles assigned to the user account to which you are signed in if the Customer and Vendor Visibility Restriction feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form. In this case, the Restrict Visibility To box appears on the Financial tab of the Vendors (AP303000) form. With the feature enabled, a vendor is available for selection if one of the following is true:

Staff Member Name | The name of the staff member. |
Type | The type of staff member, which can be Employee or Vendor. |
Branch | The branch or location of your organization where the staff member of the Employee type works. (This column is blank for a staff member of the Vendor type.) |
The email address of the staff member. | |
Phone 1 | The phone number of the staff member. |
