Appointment History on Map

On this form, you can view the appointments to which the staff members are assigned, the routes calculated by the system for staff members, and the actual routes of the staff members for a particular date on the map.
Staff Pane
In the table on this pane, you can view the staff members and information about the appointments to which they are assigned.
The toolbar includes standard elements. For the list of standard elements, see Calendar and Map Table Toolbars.
Column | Description |

Route List | The list of staff members and the appointments to which they are assigned. You can click a name of a particular staff member to view details of the routes and appointments on the Route Information and Appointment Information tabs. You can also click the arrow button left of the staff member's name or of the related appointment to show or hide all staff member's appointments and routes or a particular appointment on the map. |
Route/Customer | The name of the customer with which an appointment takes place. |
Location | The identifier of the appointment location. |
Service Duration | The total expected time of performing the services of the appointment in this row. |

Show or Hide Route Appointment Information on the Map | Shows or hides the appointment information on the map for the staff member you have selected. |
Show or Hide GPS Location on Map |
Shows or hides the latest location (indicated with the D icon) on the map for the staff member you have selected. This menu command is available only if the Show Location Tracking check box is selected on the Service Management Preferences (FS100100) form. |

Map Pane
In the map area, you can view the following information for each staff member for the date and branch selected in the Staff pane:
- The actual route of the staff member (displayed in green): The system generates this route in accordance with the locations tracked for the user.
- The system-suggested route of the staff member (displayed in the default color of Bing Maps): This is the route that has been built by Bing Maps.
- The most recent location of a staff member (marked with a D, which is the driver location icon): You click this icon to see the location information (that is, the staff member's name and the time when the location was registered).
- The locations where a staff member was idle (displayed as yellow dots): These are the locations at which the staff member stayed for more than the time specified in the History Time Accuracy box on the Calendars and Maps tab (the Map Settings section) of the Service Management Preferences (FS100100) form within the range specified in the History Distance Accuracy box. You can click any yellow dot to see the time range when the staff member has been at this location.
- The locations where a staff member was moving (displayed as green dots): At these locations, the staff member stayed for less than the time specified in the History Time Accuracy box on the Service Management Preferences (FS100100) form within the range specified in the History Distance Accuracy box—that is, the staff member was moving. You can click any green dot to see the time when the staff member has been at this location.
For you to be able to view actual routes and staff locations, the Show Location Tracking check box has to be selected on the Calendars and Maps tab (the Map Settings section) of the Service Management Preferences (FS100100) form. Also, location tracking has to be turned on for each user whose locations you want to track, which is done on the Users (SM201010) form. For details, see User Access: Mobile Devices.

Branch |
A box in which you can select the branch for which routes are shown on the map. A staff member's routes will be shown on the map if for the staff member, this branch is selected in the Branch box of the Employees (EP203000) form. |
Route Information Pane
Appointment Information Table
Column | Description |
---|---|
Appointment | A combination of the staff member identifier, as specified on the Employees (EP203000) form, and the number of the appointment, as specified on the Appointments (FS300200) form. For example, if the staff member ID is 0001 and the number of the appointment is 001234-1, the combination displayed in this column is 0001-001234-1. |
Route/Customer | The name of the customer with which the appointment takes place. |
Service Type | A description of the service. |
Travel Time | The time that is needed to get from the appointment location listed in this row to the next appointment location. |
Service Duration | The total time that performing the services of the appointment is expected to take. |
Actual Start Time | The actual time when the appointment started. |
Actual End Time | The actual time when the appointment ended. |
Location | The identifier of the appointment location. |
Postal Codes | The postal code of the appointment location. |
Address | The address of the appointment location. |
