Release Expense Claims
Form ID: (EP501000)
This form lists all the expense claims that are ready for release. You can release either all claims or only selected ones.
On release of an expense claim, the system generates an AP bill that increases the balance of the employee account by the amount of the expense claim payable back to the employee. After successful completion of the operation, the status of the claim changes to Released. If the related financial period is closed in the accounts payable subledger and posting to closed periods is not allowed, you can specify in the Post to Period box on the Financial tab of the Expense Claim (EP301000) form an open period to which the resulting bill should be posted. For more information about releasing expense claims, see Expense Claim Release.
This form is available if the Expense Management feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.
