This form displays activities assigned to you or your workgroup and the activities assigned to users of other workgroups.

Form Toolbar

The form toolbar includes only standard buttons. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu.

Table

This table shows the activities matching the criteria you specified in the Selection area.

Table 1. Table Columns
Column Description
Summary The subject of the activity.
Status The status of the time activity.
Date The date the activity was created.
Time Spent The time spent on the activity.
Overtime The amount of overtime spent on the activity.
Project The project with which the activity is associated (if any).
Project Task The project task with which the activity is associated (if any).
Related Entity A link that you click to view the details of the entity associated with the activity (if any).
Table 2. Table Filter TabsThe table has a default set of filter tabs that display records that are filtered by their status. In this table, only the receipts that belong to you and to other employees for whom you have been appointed as their delegate are displayed.
Filter Description
All Activities

If the signed-in user is associated with an employee account, the tab displays the following activities:

  • Activities created by the members of workgroups that are related to the associated employee account
  • Activities created by the associated employee or the employee's subordinates
  • Activities created by the signed-in user

Otherwise, the tab displays the complete list of activities, regardless of their owners.

My Activities Displays the list of activities that are assigned to you.
