Generate Route Appointments

On this form, you can generate appointments for the schedules created on the Route Service Contract Schedules (FS305600) form.

Form Toolbar

The form toolbar includes standard and form-specific buttons and commands. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu. The form-specific commands are listed in the following table.

Button Description
Process Generates appointments according to the specified date range for the schedules you have selected in the table.
Process All Generates appointments according to the specified date range for all schedules listed in the table.

Selection Area

In the Selection area, you can select the date range for which the appointments are generated and filter the schedules in the table by the route definition.

Element Description
Route The route for which you want to view and generate the appointments. You can select the route or leave this box blank to view the appointments for multiple routes.

Generate From The start date of the date range for which the appointments will be generated.
Generate Up To The end date of the date range for which the appointments will be generated.

Schedules Tab

This tab displays the route service contract schedules that meet the selection criteria you have specified. You can process all documents or only those you select.

The table toolbar includes only standard buttons. For the list of standard buttons, see Table Toolbar.

Column Description
Included An unlabeled check box that you select to include this document for processing if you click Process.
Customer The customer of the route service contract.
Service Contract ID The identifier of the route service contract.
Customer Contract Nbr. The reference number of the service contract, which the system automatically generates for every new service contract of this customer.
Description The description of the route service contract.
Location

The identifier of the customer location associated with the contract.

This box is available only if the Business Account Locations feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.
Location Name

The name of the customer location associated with the contract.

This box is available only if the Business Account Locations feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.
Recurrence Description The recurrence of the schedule specified for the schedule on the Recurrence tab of the Route Service Contract Schedules (FS305600) form.
Schedule ID The identifier of the route service contract schedule.
Schedule Start Date The start date of the route service contract schedule.
Schedule Expiration Date

The end date of the route service contract schedule.

This value is specified if the Enable Expiration Date check box is selected and the date is specified in the Expiration Date box on the Route Service Contracts form.

This column is available for editing only if the Enable Expiration Date check box is selected on the Route Service Contracts (FS300800) form.
Last Generated The date up to which the appointments were generated during the last generation process.

Run History Tab

The table contains the history of generation processes.

The table toolbar includes only standard buttons. For the list of standard buttons, see Table Toolbar.

Column Description
Generation ID The identifier of the generation process.
Up to Date The date up to which the appointments were generated in the system.
Generation Date The date when the generation process took place.

Generation Error Log Tab

On this tab, you can view the errors that have occurred during the generation processes.

Buttons Description
Clear All Errors Clears the table with the log of errors.
