Complete Routes

You use this form to complete routes for a particular day. Only routes with the Open or In Progress status can be completed.

Form Toolbar

The form toolbar includes standard and form-specific buttons and commands. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu. The form-specific commands are listed in the following table.


Button	Description
Process	Completes the listed routes that you have selected in the table.
Process All	Completes all routes listed in the table.

Selection Area

You use the elements in the Selection area to display in the table the routes that match the selected criteria.


Element	Description
Date	The date for which you want to view routes. Leave this box empty to view all routes that have not been completed.
Show Completed Routes	The check box that indicates (if selected) that completed routes are displayed in the table.

Table

In this table, you can select particular routes and process them by clicking Process on the form toolbar; you can instead process all the routes by clicking Process All. Processing completes the selected routes.

Column	Description
Included	An unlabeled check box that you select to include the route in processing if you click Process.
Route Nbr.	The number of the route.
Route	The identifier of the route.
Route Short	The short identifier of the route.
Status	The status of the route.
Date	The date when the services for the route were performed.
Start Time	The start time of the route.
Driver	The driver who performed the route services.
Additional Driver	The second driver who performed the route services.
Vehicle	The vehicle used to perform the route services.
Additional Vehicle 1	The second vehicle used to perform the route services.
Additional Vehicle 2	The third vehicle used to perform the route services.
Number of Appointments	The number of appointments attended to perform route services.
Total Services	The total number of services performed for the route.
Total Driving Duration	The total duration of driving, in hours and minutes.
Total Service Duration	The total duration of performing services, in hours and minutes.
Total Route Duration	The total duration of the route, in hours and minutes.
