To Edit Article Text

In MYOB Advanced Wiki, you can use the Wiki Editor form to edit the entire article—its text and properties. Alternatively, you can edit a section of the article or the entire text of the article.

To format the text, you use wiki markup, an easy-to-understand syntax that uses special wiki markup elements. You can manually type the wiki markup or click the buttons on the Formatting toolbar to have the system insert markup elements for you. For more information, see Wiki Markup Reference.

To Edit the Article and Its Properties

You can edit the entire article and its properties by using the Wiki Editor form for the article. To open the Wiki Editor form, click Edit on the wiki toolbar.

To Edit a Section

To edit an article section, which consists of the text beneath a heading until the next same-level heading, do the following:

1. Open the wiki article you want to edit.
2. Click Edit to the right of the section heading.
3. Edit the section text.
   Note: You cannot edit article properties when you're editing a section.
4. On the formatting toolbar, click Save to save your changes or click Cancel to exit the Wiki Editor form without saving changes.
