You can use this form to initiate material requirements planning. You can run this process at any time. However, it may impact the performance of your MYOB Advanced. We recommend that you schedule this process to be run when most users are logged off.

Attention: Only one instance of this process can run at the same time.

You can determine if this process is running by using the System Monitor (SM201530) form.

Form Toolbar

The form toolbar includes standard and form-specific buttons and commands. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu. The form-specific commands are listed in the following table.

Command Description
Process Starts the MRP regeneration.
Schedule You can select one of the following options:
  • Add
  • View
  • History

Attention: The Automation Schedules (SM205020) form is available only if the Scheduled Processing feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.
History Opens the MRP History (AM000016) form with information about all MRP generation processes.

Summary Area

This area contains information about the last MRP regeneration.

Element Description
Last Completed At The date and time of the last MRP regeneration that has been completed.
Last Completed By The user name who performed the last MRP regeneration that has been completed.

Table

The table displays the steps of the process. The system updates the steps when MRP regeneration is completed.

The table toolbar includes only standard buttons. For the list of standard buttons, see Table Toolbar.

Column Description
Created At The date and time of the step in the MRP regeneration process. The date and time is displayed in the time zone of the user who initiated the MRP regeneration process.
Message The message that indicates which step in the MRP regeneration has been executed.
Created By The login of the user who started the MRP regeneration.
Message Type The type of the message, which can be one of the following:
  • Started
  • Information
  • Added
Process ID The process ID assigned by the system.
