Forecast Listing

Note:
This form is available only if the Material Requirements Planning or Distribution Requirements Planning feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.

This form displays forecasts, which you generate by using the Generate Forecasts (AM502000) form or manually on the Forecast (AM202000) form.

Selection Area

In this area, you can specify the criteria for the forecasts to be displayed in the table below.

Element Description
Inventory ID The identifier of the stock item for which the forecast has been created.
Warehouse The warehouse in which the item is stored.
Customer ID The customer for the forecast line.

Table

In this table, you can view the list of forecasts, which have been created in the system.

Element Description
Inventory ID The identifier of the inventory item used in the forecast.
Subitem

The subitem of the inventory item.

This column is visible only if the Inventory Subitems feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.
Important:
The Inventory Subitems check box has been removed from the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form because the functionality associated with the Inventory Subitems feature will be phased out. If you have this feature enabled in your system, the associated functionality remains available. To disable the feature, contact your MYOB support provider.
Description The description of the inventory item.
Interval The interval defined for this forecast for time between the dates specified in the Begin Date and the End Date columns. Intervals can be any of the following:
  • One time
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Yearly
Begin Date The beginning date of this forecast.
End Date The ending date of this forecast.
Quantity The demand quantity of this forecast.
UOM The unit of measure for the value of the Quantity box.
Warehouse The warehouse for this forecast.
Customer The customer for which the forecast has been created.
Branch

The branch with which the forecast is associated.

This column is displayed only when the Multibranch Support feature or the Multicompany Support feature is enabled (or both features are enabled) on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.
