Form ID: (AM000016)

You can use this form to compare the numbers of records that the system processed during multiple previous MRP runs including all records, generated exception messages, inventory items, and created planning orders against the duration of the MRP regeneration process. This comparison will be useful when you investigate a significant change in the run time duration of the MRP regeneration process on the Regenerate MRP (AM505000) form.

Attention: This form is available only if the Material Requirements Planning feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.

Table

This table contains information about the number of records processed during the MRP regeneration runs.

Column Description
Start Date

The start date of the MRP regeneration.

End Date The end date of the MRP regeneration.
Start Time The start time of the MRP regeneration.
End Time The end date of the MRP regeneration.
Duration The duration of the MRP regeneration.
Has Errors A check box that indicates (if selected) that errors have occurred during the MRP regeneration.
Created By The name of the user who started the MRP regeneration.
MRP Detail Count The number of records displayed on the MRP Display (AM400000) form as planning recommendations.
MRP First Pass Detail Count The number of incoming item plan records that the system processed during MRP regeneration.
MRP Detail Plan Count The number of item plan records that the system processed and created during MRP regeneration.
MRP Exceptions Count The number of exception messages displayed on the MRP Exceptions (AM403000) form.
MRP Inventory Count The number of item and item-warehouse pairs that were processed by the system during MRP regeneration.
MRP Plan Count The number of all item plans including existing items plans and items plans that were created during MRP regeneration.
Created By (Screen ID) The identifier of the form on which MRP has been regenerated.
