Application Resources
Form ID: (SM301010)
You can use this form to create a page for external application resources (for example, Microsoft Power BI reports) or to edit the settings of an existing page that displays resources. Before adding a resource in MYOB Acumatica, you should set up integration with the external application that contains this resource on the External Applications (SM301000) form. For more information, see Integration with External Applications.
Form Toolbar
The form toolbar includes the buttons described below.

| View Resource | Displays the MYOB Acumatica page with the external application resource selected on the form. You can click this button before selecting a site map location to see how the resource looks in MYOB Acumatica. |
| Publish to the UI | Opens the Publish to the UI dialog box, in which you can modify the site map title and screen ID for the resource, change default workspace and category, and specify access right. |
| Unpublish | Removes the respective node from the site map, clears the assignment of screen identifier and deletes all configured access rights from the database. |

| Site Map Title | The name that will be shown on the form and in its row on the Site Map (SM200520) form. |
| Workspace | The workspace in MYOB Acumatica from which the form can be accessed. |
| Category | The category under which the form will be displayed in the selected workspace. |
| Screen ID | The identifier to be assigned to the form. |
| Access Rights | An option button that indicates which access rights should be specified for the newly added form:

The dialog box has the following buttons. |

| Publish | Publishes the form and closes the dialog box. The system assigns the form the specified screen ID and makes it available in the specified workspace. |
| Cancel | Cancels publication and closes the dialog box. |
Summary Area
You can use this area to add an external application resource in MYOB Acumatica or to select an existing resource to view or edit its details.
| Element | Description |

| Application ID | The integration with an external application that contains a resource to be added in MYOB Acumatica. You can set up an integration with an external application on the External Applications (SM301000) form. |
| Resource ID | The identifier of the resource provided by the selected integration. For a new resource, the system automatically generates the identifier. |
| External Name |
The name of the resource in the external application (for example, the name of the Power BI report). You can select one of the values from the drop-down list after you select the integration in the Application ID box. This box is available only when you are adding a new resource. |
| Resource URL | The URL of the resource in the external application. For a new resource, the system fills in this box automatically after you select a resource name in the External Name box. |
| Site Map Title |
The name, as it will be displayed on the site map, of the page with the resource. The name must consist of alphabetic or numeric characters. |
| Workspace |
The name of a workspace in the user interface from which the resource can be accessed. For details on an automatic assignment of a workspace and category, see Categories and Workspaces for Entities of Specific Forms. |
| Category |
The name of a category under which the resource will be displayed in the selected workspace. For details on an automatic assignment of a workspace and category, see Categories and Workspaces for Entities of Specific Forms. |
| Screen ID | The identifier of resource page on the site map. |
User Roles Table
The table contains the full list of user roles in the system. This list appears after you select a site map location and save your changes. In this table, you can manage access rights of user roles to the resource page in MYOB Acumatica.
The table toolbar has only standard buttons.

The access rights level of the user role for the selected resource. You can select one of the following access right levels:
