Mobile Workspaces

Form ID: (AU220012)

You use this form to manage workspaces for the MYOB Acumatica mobile app. You can add new workspaces, remove existing ones, and change the order in which workspaces are displayed on the main menu of the mobile app. From this form, you can also view the settings of the workspaces. For details, see Mobile Workspaces.

Form Toolbar

The form toolbar includes standard and form-specific buttons and commands. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu. The form-specific commands are listed in the following table.

Button Description
Move Row Down

Moves the selected row down, which causes the tile with the corresponding workspace to be moved down on the main menu of the mobile app.

Move Row Up

Moves the selected row up, which causes the tile with the corresponding workspace to be moved up on the main menu of the mobile app.

Reset to Default Mobile Workspaces

Restores the main menu as a whole to the main menu in the out-of-the-box MYOB Acumatica mobile app.

Table

In this table, you can view the list of available workspaces, view their display names, and specify whether they are visible. You can also click the name of a workspace to view or modify its settings on the Mobile Workspaces (AU220013) form.

Column Description
Workspace ID

The name of the workspace, which is also a link you can click to view the mobile workspace's settings on the Mobile Workspaces (AU220013) form.

Display Name

The name of the workspace as it is displayed on the main menu of the mobile app.

Visible

A check box that indicates (if selected) that the workspace will be visible on the main menu of the mobile app.

Note:
The MAINPAGE workspace is read-only and contains the settings of the main menu of the mobile app.
