Restricted Entities
Form ID: (SM201040)
On this form, you can view the restriction groups that contain a particular system entity—such as an inventory item, a general ledger account, or a user—and change the visibility of the entity in the system by including the system entity in other restriction groups or excluding it from groups that currently contain it. If a group includes particular users, only those users can view the group entities. If a group does not include users, the entities of different types included in the group can be used only with group members.
For more information on restriction groups, see Restriction Groups in MYOB Acumatica.
