Salesforce Sync State

Form ID: (SF205040)

This form is available only if the Salesforce Integration feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.

You use this form to review information about the current state of data synchronization between Salesforce and MYOB Advanced. Also, on this form, you can start the synchronization process for particular records in the table or for all listed records.

Form Toolbar

The form toolbar includes standard and form-specific buttons and commands. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu. The form-specific commands are listed in the following table.

Button Description
Sync Initiates the synchronization process for the records that have the unlabeled check box selected in the table.
Sync All Initiates the synchronization process for all records listed in the table.
Reset Sync

Clears the status for the records that have the unlabeled check box selected in the table.

MYOB Advanced treats a record with a cleared status as a record whose data has not been modified or synchronized with Salesforce; this record is excluded from the list on this form. It will be possible to synchronize the corresponding record in Salesforce with MYOB Advanced again if the Acumatica_NoteID field is cleared for that record.

Selection Area

You use the elements in this area to specify selection criteria for the records displayed in the table.

Entity The type of records that you want to be listed in the table. The following options are available: Any, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Stock Item, Non-Stock Item, Business Account, Case, and User.
