Salesforce Sync

This form is available only if the Salesforce Integration feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.
You use this form to initiate or stop real-time data synchronization between MYOB Acumatica and Salesforce for records of particular types or for all records that can be synchronized. For details, see Overview of Synchronization with Salesforce.
Table
You use this table to select the type or types of records whose data you want to synchronize between MYOB Acumatica and Salesforce in real time.
Button | Description |
---|---|
Process | Initiates the real-time synchronization process for records of the types for which unlabeled check boxes are selected in the table. |
Process All | Initiates the real-time synchronization process for all records that can be synchronized. |
Stop | Stops real-time synchronization from Salesforce to MYOB Acumatica for records of the types for which unlabeled check boxes are selected in the
table. Note: To stop real-time synchronization from MYOB Acumatica to Salesforce for records of a particular type, you need to remove the
corresponding export scenario from the table on the Salesforce Sync (SF205020) form. |
Stop All | Stops real-time synchronization from Salesforce to MYOB Acumatica for records of all the types listed in the table. Note: To stop real-time
synchronization from MYOB Acumatica to Salesforce for records of all supported types, you need to do any of the
following:

Column | Description |

Selected | An unlabeled check box that indicates (if selected) that the real-time synchronization process will be initiated or stopped for records of a particular type if you click Process or Stop on the form toolbar. |
Status | The current status of the real-time synchronization process. |
Entity | The type of records for which you can initiate or stop the real-time synchronization process. |
Import Scenario | The import scenario to be used for real-time synchronization of records of a particular type. |
Export Scenario | The export scenario to be used for real-time synchronization of records of a particular type. |
