To Update Pay Super Settings
Once you've signed up for the Pay Super service, you can log into your MYOB account to manage your authorised users and change your payment limit.
If you need to create an account for yourself or a new user, see To Register for Pay Super.
To log in to your MYOB account

Go to Payroll Preferences (MPPP1100).

On the Pay Superannuation tab, click Pay Super Settings. A login window opens in your web browser.

Enter your MYOB account details to log in.
Once you have logged in, your current Pay Super details will show in your web browser.
To Add or Remove Users, or Update Their Pay Super Roles

Log in to your MYOB account, and go to Your User Roles.

Click Edit details. An SMS code will be sent to your verified mobile phone number.

Enter the SMS code within 30 minutes. If it expires, click Resend code.

From the Your User Roles screen, add or remove users or change their Pay Super roles:

None: No access to Pay Super features

Creator: Can view and create superannuation payment batches

Authoriser: Can view, create, and authorise payment batches

Pay Super Administrator: Can view, create, and authorise payment batches, and can also change Pay Super settings online
Note:Be careful assigning roles. Authorisers and Pay Super Administrators can authorise direct debits from your business bank account.

To Add a Pay Super Administrator
Pay Super Administrators are the only users who can change your Pay Super settings online.
To add a Pay Super Administrator, complete the Pay Super Change of Details form (sections 1, 3 and 5) and email it to paysuper@myob.com.
To Change Your Payment Limit
You can use your account to increase your limit by up to $15,000. For a larger increase, or to change the limit’s frequency, email a completed Pay Super Change of Details form to paysuper@myob.com.

Log in to your MYOB account.

Go to Your Payment Limit.

Click Edit details. An SMS code will be sent to your verified mobile phone number.

Enter the SMS code within 30 minutes. Click Resend code if it expires.

Change the payment limit amount. The change is applied immediately.
