You use this form to quickly update the status of selected or all esignature requests according to the status at the esignature provider. You can create an automation schedule for this form.
Form Toolbar
The form toolbar includes the buttons described below.
| Button | Description |

| Sync | For selected requests, updates the esignature status according to the status at the esignature provider. |
| Sync All | For all requests in the list, updates the esignature status according to the status at the esignature provider. |
Table Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Selected | Unlabeled check box you use to select the esignature requests. If you click the check box in the column header, the system will select all visible records. |
| Name | The name of the document's file, which is a link to the document settings on the File Maintenance (SM202510) form. |
| Subject | The subject of the esignature request. |
| Owner | The owner of the document. |
| Provider | The esignature provider used to send the esignature request. |
| eSign Status | The current status of the esignature request at the esignature provider. |
| Status Updated On | The date and time when the status of the request was last updated. |
| eSign Account | The account used to send the esignature request. |
