Setting An Employee's Superannnuation Fund

  1. Go to the Pay Details screen (MP.PP.23.10).
  2. In the Employee ID field, select the employee whose fund you want to set.
  3. On the Standard Pay tab, click your company's superannuation pay item. For example, in the screenshot below, the pay item is called Super Guarantee. Your company might use a different name for the pay item.

  4. In the section at the bottom of the screen, in the Fund Name field, click the magnifying glass icon.

  5. In the Select - Fund Name window, choose a superannuation fund and click Select.

  6. In the section at the bottom of the screen, make sure the Member ID field is correct.

    As with all superannuation fund membership enquiries, you should contact your fund manager to ensure that you have the correct details for that fund.

  7. On the screen toolbar, click the Save icon.
