On this form, you can delete, reprint, or update multiple print jobs created for DeviceHub

Form Toolbar

The form toolbar includes the buttons described below.

Button Description
Process Initiates the processing (based on the Action you select) for the print jobs you have selected in the table.
Process All Initiates the processing (based on the Action you select) for all print jobs listed in the table.

Selection Area

You can use the settings in this area to narrow the range of print jobs listed in the table. The area also contains parameters used during the processing of print jobs.

Element Description
Action

The action to be taken on each processed print job if you click Process or Process All on the form toolbar. Select one of the following options:

  • Delete: Deletes the print jobs.
  • Reprint: Resends the print jobs to DeviceHub.
  • Update Print Jobs: Updates the values in the DeviceHub ID and Printer columns based on the values in the Change DeviceHub To and Change Printer To boxes in the Selection area.
Status

The status of the print jobs shown in the table. Select one of the following options:

  • Processed: The print jobs has been processed successfully.
  • Pending: The print jobs are waiting for processing.
  • Failed: The print job failed to process.
  • Unknown: The status of the print jobs is unknown.
Date Range

The date range of the print jobs shown in the table.

DeviceHub The DeviceHub instance for which the print job has been created. This box is mandatory if the Update Print Jobs options is selected in the Action box.
Printer The name of the printer to which the print jobs in the table were sent. This box is mandatory if the Update Print Jobs options is selected in the Action box.
Change DeviceHub To The DeviceHub instance to which the updated print jobs will be sent.
Change Printer To The printer that will be used for processing of the updated print jobs.

The table toolbar has only standard buttons.

Column Description
Selected An unlabeled check box that you select to include the print job in processing when you click Process.
Job ID The identifier of a print job.
Description The description of a print job.
Report ID The ID of the report to be printed.
DeviceHub ID The unique identifier of the DeviceHub application in which the printer is configured.
Printer The name of the printer to which the print job was sent.
Created By The username of the user who ran the printing operation.
Creation Date and Time The date and time when the printing operation was run.
Status The processing status of the print job, which can be one of the following:
  • Processed: The print job has been processed successfully.
  • Pending: The print job is waiting for processing.
  • Failed: The print job failed to process.
  • Unknown: The status of the print job is unknown.
