eSign Sync

Form ID: (MBES4010)

On the eSign Sync form, you can check the status of any documents that have been sent for electronic signing. You can set up an automation schedule for this form so that documents' statuses are updated regularly.

Form Toolbar

The form toolbar includes standard and form-specific buttons and commands. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu. The form-specific commands are listed in the following table.

Button Description
Process Polls the e-signtaure service to update the status of the selected document(s).
Process All Polls the e-signtaure service to update the statuses of all documents.

Table

The main table shows the details of all documents that were sent sent for signing by the selected user(s).

Element Description
Subject The subject of the email sent to recipients of the e-signature request for this document.
eSign Status The document's current e-signature status: Draft, Out for e-signature, Signed or Cancelled/Declined.
eSign Activity Date The date when the document's e-signature request was created, or when its status was last changed.
eSign Owner The name of the eSign account that was used to generate the e-signature request for this document..
Provider Type The e-signature service that was used to send the e-signature request for this document.
