Table

In the table, you can see the messages the users submitted.

Table 1. Table Columns
Column Description
ID The ID of the message. Click the ID to open the Feedback Message Details dialog box to view the feedback the user submitted.
Login The user who submitted feedback.
Date The date when feedback was submitted.
Found Answer An indicator of whether the user found the answer to the question. The options are Yes, No, and Unsure.
Score A number (from 1 to 10) that indicates the user's level of satisfaction with the system. A higher number represents greater satisfaction.
Summary The message the user left.

Close A button you click to close the dialog box.
A user found what she had been looking for An indicator of whether the user found the answer to his or her question.
Overall satisfaction with Self-Service Portal A number that indicates the overall user satisfaction with the Customer Portal, from 1 to 10.
Other user comments and suggestions The text area where you can see the user's comments and suggestions.
