To Manage Scan Jobs

If the DeviceHub application has been configured for use with the MYOB Acumatica instance, the list of documents that have been sent for scanning can be managed directly from MYOB Acumatica. The following section describes how you can review scan jobs and find basic details on each scan job.

To Review Scan Jobs

  1. Open the Scan Jobs (SM206505) form.
  2. In the Summary area of the form, specify the Start Date and End Date of the date range for which you want to review scan jobs.
  3. Optional: Clear the Hide Processed check box if you want to review all scan jobs, including completed ones.
  4. In the upper table, click any line with a scan job, and review the lower table. The rows in this table list the parameters that identify the document from which the selected scan job was initiated.
