Integrating MYOB Acumatica with Address Validation Providers
If your company works with multiple customers and vendors, you can validate vendor and customer addresses through an independent plug-in system or the built-in address validation plug-ins, such as Avalara and Vertex.
You can validate an address for each business account individually or run validation for multiple accounts at once by using the Validate Addresses in Profiles (CR509020) form.
You can also perform mass validation for multiple addresses that are specified in documents without updating the addresses of the business accounts specified in these documents. To do this, you can use the following forms:
- Validate Addresses in AP Documents (AP508000): For validation in checks and payments
- Validate Addresses in AR Documents (AR509010): For validation in cash sale documents, invoices, and memos
- Validate Addresses in Purchase Documents (PO507000): For validation in purchase orders
- Validate Addresses in Sales Documents (SO508000): For validation in sales orders, shipments, and sales invoices
- Validate Addresses in CRM Documents (CR508000): For validation in opportunities, sales quotes, and project quotes
- Validate Addresses in Project Documents (PM507000): For validation in projects and project quotes
This chapter describes the details of configuring the online integration of MYOB Acumatica with the built-in address validation plug-ins.
