Integrating MYOB Acumatica with Active Directory

The integration of MYOB Acumatica with Microsoft Active Directory (AD) provides centralized management of users and access. After integration, your domain users can use their domain user names and passwords to sign in to MYOB Acumatica. You can set up integration with AD if MYOB Acumatica is installed in your organization's intranet. If your MYOB Acumatica instance is deployed in the external network, you must use Active Directory Federation Services to provide access to the system for your domain users. For details, see Integration with AD FS.

You create, delete, and manage user accounts by using Active Directory. Users' access rights to MYOB Acumatica are determined based on the mapping rules between AD groups and MYOB Acumatica roles.

Attention:
This functionality is available only if the Active Directory and Other External SSO feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.

This chapter describes the configuration and management of MYOB Acumatica integration with Active Directory.
