Customers: Configuration Prerequisites
Before you start setting up a customer account, you need to configure the entities that will ease the processes of customer account creation and maintenance.
Settings Required to be Configured
- You need to perform the task of minimum system configuration. For details, see Company Without Branches: General Information.
- Make sure that at least one statement cycle to be assigned to a new customer has been configured on the Statement Cycles (AR202800) form.
- Make sure that the customer payment method has been configured and activated on the Payment Methods (CA204000) form.
