Conditional Progress Lien Waiver

Note: This report is available only if the Construction feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.

This report provides a sample release of partial lien rights when the current payment has not been received and future payments are expected.

Report Parameters

On the Report Parameters tab, use the following parameter to select the information to be displayed on the report:

Lien Waiver: The lien waiver for which you want to view the report. You can specify the lien waiver number or leave this box blank to view the report for multiple lien waivers.
