Daily Field Report Form

By using this report, you can look through, print, and email the daily field report. You select a reference number of the particular daily field report you want to view.

See the following section for a description of each parameter on the Report Parameters tab of the report form. For more information about using other elements on the report form, see Reports.

Report Parameters

On the Report Parameters tab, use the following parameter to select the information to be displayed on the report:

• DFR ID: The identifier of the daily field report to be displayed. Select a number of the daily field report for which you want to build the report.
• Completed: A check box that indicates (if selected) that only completed daily field report will be included in the report.
