External Identity Management
Form ID: MY.SM.20.65
Here you can associate your MYOB Acumatica account with a two-factor authentication (2FA) account. By associating these two accounts, you can sign in to MYOB Acumatica with 2FA. If you have the External Identity Manager role, you can also re-send users an onboarding email.
To see other external identities associated with your MYOB Acumatica account (e.g. for the Microsoft Outlook add-in), go to the External Identities tab of the User Profile form (SM.20.30.10).
Form Toolbar
The form toolbar includes standard and form-specific buttons and commands. For the list of standard buttons, see Form Toolbar and More Menu. The form-specific commands are listed in the following table.
Button | Description |
---|---|
Associate External Identity | Takes you to a 2FA page where you can either sign up for a new

This only happens if you had a 2FA account that wasn't associated, but you tried signing in with the purple Secure Authentication button. If you have the Eternal Identity Manager role, clicking this for another user re-sends them an onboarding email with a link to set up 2FA. |
Remove External Identity |
Removes the association between an MYOB Acumatica account and 2FA account. |
