Bank Account Maintenance
Use this form to set up codes for your bank account(s) and to enter all associated details. You can also use this form to set up reconciliation details for an account the first time it is created, to edit account details, and to make transaction enquiries.
You enter detail on these tabs:
Direct Access to Transaction Entry & Processing
You can access these forms from the Bank Account Maintenance form by clicking the buttons on the right side of the Bank Account Maintenance form:
- Bank Statement Entry
- Cash Receipt Entry
- Cash Payment Entry
- Transfer Funds
- Hold/Cancel Cheques
- Cancel Cheque Numbers
- Prepare Bank Deposit
- Print Bank Reconciliation
If you access a form by clicking any of those buttons, the form that opens is pre-populated with details of the bank account selected on the Bank Account Maintenance form.
Note: Buttons to access data entry forms are available on the User Preferences form.
