Custom Tab


Use this tab to assign and display tree and user-defined field information for bank accounts.

Note: If a bank account tree is Mandatory, you can't save a new bank masterfile unless you have allocated the bank account to a branch in that tree.

You can remove a bank account from a tree using the Bank Account Tree Maintenance form.

User defined trees

To assign a bank account to a tree branch, double click the name of a tree in the table to display it's associated branches. Then, select or change the tree branch for the bank account. You can also perform this function on the Bank Account Tree Maintenance form, in which case the pre-assigned branch value for the selected bank account displays here.

User defined fields

You can set up custom fields on the User Field Maintenance form, which default to this table and where you can assign a value. You don't need to assign values to user fields.
