Who uses this form: An authorized portal user of a company using the Modern Customer Portal.
On this form, you can review the items you’ve added to the cart and their availability, update quantities, change the units of measure and warehouse (if applicable), and remove items. You can also view the total amount of the order and proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
This form is available if the following are true in MYOB Acumatica for the portal owner:
- The Inventory and Order Management feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.
- This portal has the B2B Ordering check box selected and the ordering functionality configured on the Portals (SP701000) form.
Item Area
In this area, you can view the item tiles of the items in your cart, along with key item details, described below. If you change any item’s quantity or unit of measure, its total cost is recalculated.

| Image | The item's image. You can click this image to open the Item Details dialog box, where you can also review settings and make any needed changes. |
| Name | The item's name. |
| Availability |
The availability status, which shows whether the item is in stock. This status can be In Stock or Out of Stock. The available quantity of the item is shown after In Stock only if the portal has the Show Available Quantities check box selected on the Portals (SP701000) form of MYOB Acumatica. |
| Total Price | The total price, shown in bold above the unit price. This is the per-unit price multiplied by the selected quantity. |
| Unit Price | The item's per-unit price. |
| Warehouse |
The warehouse from which you’re ordering the item. If multiple warehouses are defined as visible for the portal on the Portals (SP701000) form of MYOB Acumatica, you can select a different warehouse from the drop-down list. |
| Unit |
The item's unit of measure (UOM). If the portal has the Allow Only Sales Unit for Purchase check box selected on the Portals (SP701000) form, only the sales unit is visible in the box. If this check box is cleared, all UOMs defined for the item in the system are available in the box. |
| Quantity | The item's quantity being purchased. You can update this quantity. |
| Remove | Removes all units of this item from the cart. |

| Availability |
The availability status, which shows whether the item is in stock—that is, available in the selected warehouse. This status can be In Stock or Out of Stock. The quantity of items in stock is shown after In Stock if the Show Available Quantities check box is selected on the Portals (SP701000) form of MYOB Acumatica. |

The warehouse from which you’re ordering the item. If multiple warehouses are defined as visible for the portal on the Portals (SP701000) form of MYOB Acumatica, you can select a warehouse from the drop-down list. You can change a warehouse and click Add to Cart; the system keeps the item with the old warehouse in the cart and adds the new item to the cart with the selected warehouse. |
| Unit |
The item's unit of measure. If the portal has the Allow Only Sales Unit for Purchase check box selected on the Portals (SP701000) form, only the item’s sales unit of measure is visible in the box. If the check box is cleared, all units of measure defined for the item in the system are available in the box. You can change the unit of measure and click Add to Cart; the system keeps the item with the old unit in the cart and adds the new item to the cart with the selected unit of measure. |
| Qty. |
The item's quantity to be added to the cart. You can update the quantity and click Add to Cart; the system keeps the item with the old quantity in the cart and adds the new item to the cart with the updated details. |
| Add to Cart |
A button you click to add an item to the cart. When you update the quantity, warehouse, or unit of measure, and then click Add to Cart, the system adds the item to the cart with the updated details. Tip: Refresh the page to view new items in the cart.

Order Summary Section
In this section, you can view the total amount of the items currently in the cart and proceed with placing the order. You can either continue to checkout on the Review Order (SP504004) form or return to shopping to modify your order on the Catalog (SP504001) form.

| Total | The total amount of all items currently in the cart. |
| Proceed to Checkout | A button that you click to proceed to the checkout process. When you click the button, the system opens the Review Order (SP504004) form, where you can review the order details and finish placing the order. |
| Continue Shopping |
A button that you click to return to the catalog. When you click the button, the system opens the Catalog (SP504001) form, where you can add more items to the cart. |
