Invoice Payments

Who uses this form: An authorized portal user of a company using the Modern Customer Portal.
On this form, you can view the payments and prepayments related to an invoice or memo, as well as the settings of these payments and prepayments. You can open this form from the Payments (SP334000) form by clicking the invoice’s reference number, which is displayed as a link.
This form is available only if both of the following conditions are met in MYOB Acumatica for the portal owner:
- The Modern Customer Portal feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.
- The portal has the Payments check box selected on the General tab of the Portals (SP701000) form.

The total amount of the invoice or memo. |
Table
This table has a list of payment documents (payments or prepayments) associated with the invoice or memo, along with the basic settings of each payment document.

The payment or prepayment reference number, which is displayed as a link. When you click the link, the payment or prepayment opens on the Payments (SP334000) form. |
| Payment Date |
The creation date of the payment or prepayment. |
| Applied Amount | The total amount of the payments or prepayments, which are applied to the current invoice. |
| Cash Account |
The cash account used for the payment or prepayment. |
| Currency |
The currency of the payment or prepayment. |
| Status |
The status of the payment or prepayment. |
