Integration with LLM Providers: AI Automation Prompt Library

AI Automation prompts let you automate parts of your workflow by adding custom prompts to any form in MYOB Acumatica. You only need to set up your instructions for the prompt once. Then, whenever you use the action, your instructions put into action with reliable results every time.

This prompt library gives you an easy way to copy and paste instructions for a wide variety of prompts.

Before taking advantage of AI Automation

Make sure you have turned on MYOB Acmuatica's AI features.

If you're on version 2025.2.1, set up the MYOB-managed large-language model (LLM) connection. For versions 2026.1.1 onwards, the LLM connection is available immediately without any extra setup.
