Asset Migration: Related Reports

In the following sections, you can find details about the reports you may want to review to gather information about imported assets.

Note: If you do not see a particular report or form that is described, you may have signed in to the system with a user account that does not have access rights to the report or form. Contact your system administrator to obtain access to any needed reports or forms.

Reviewing the Results of Data Migration

After you have migrated fixed assets from a legacy system, you can review the list of migrated assets by running the FA Balance (FA630000) report. The report shows the migrated assets with their accumulated depreciation and net value.

You can also run the FA Balance by GL Account (FA643000) report to make sure that the total balances of GL accounts are correct after the import process.
